Terms of Service

By using ELHASSANE STUDIO (the "Platform") you agree to these terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on that company's behalf.

1. Service access

Access is provided through invited accounts. The licence is non-exclusive and revocable, for your internal business use. You may not resell, re-license, or share credentials with unauthorised persons.

2. Trial period and limits

The Platform offers a free trial (Trial) of 30 days with a maximum of one project and three users. Upon expiry, upgrade or account closure options apply. All trial accounts are subject to the prices and limits shown on the Pricing page.

3. User responsibilities

• Keep your password and credentials confidential.
• Use the Platform only for lawful activity, consistent with local construction and labour regulations.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or data, or to break cross-company isolation.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter (projects, expenses, worker reports).

4. Intellectual property

The Platform, its software, design and trademark belong to ELHASSANE STUDIO. Data you upload remains yours except as needed to operate the service. We never sell or share your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance through the Platform. In case of an outage, we restore service as quickly as possible.

6. Liability limits

The service is provided "as is". The Platform is not liable for indirect or data-loss damages beyond the value of your paid subscription. The Platform is a management assistance tool and does not replace the engineer's or site authority's legal decisions.

7. Account termination

You may stop your subscription and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these terms or security risks. Your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We update these terms as needed and note the date above. Material changes are notified to subscribers by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

9. Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction are specified in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed between the Platform and the Customer, and apply to each commercial agreement between them. No legal obligation arises from this clause absent an executed MSA.
